HAPAs are currently small in number and only account for 0.5% of the overall US population today. Honolulu has over 10X the US percent of HAPAs, San Francisco, Vallejo, San Jose, Bremerton, Seattle, San Diego, and Sacramento all have over 3X the US percent of HAPAs indicating a particular concentration of HAPAs in these places. The west coast is very popular for HAPAs and Washington DC, New York, Chicago, Dallas, and Boston all have good sized HAPA populations as well.
