Where can you find well educated, high income Asians and Blacks in the US?
For Asians, look in:
1. San Jose Metro
2. Washington, DC Metro
3. San Francisco Metro
4. New York Metro
For Blacks, look in
1. Washington, DC Metro
2. San Francisco Metro
3. New York Metro
4. Durham, NC Metro
Well educated Asians and Blacks overlap in Washington DC, San Fran, and New York. There are well educated, high income Blacks in San Jose, and well educated, high income Asians in Durham, NC, but just not in large numbers.
Education levels and income levels fall off considerably for both Asians and Blacks outside of these cities. Austin, TX, has good education levels, but generally lower income levels. Stamford, CT, and Boston both have good education and income levels, but smaller Asian and Black populations.
