The World Values Survey poses the question of what races would you not want to have as neighbors to people in many countries around the world. The more people who say that they would not want to have different races as neighbors, the less racially tolerant and the fewer people saying they would not want to have different races as neighbors, the more racially tolerant. While this is not a perfect measurement as the Washington Post article points out, all the same it should be at least directionally correct. Below is the ranking of Asian countries that were measured from most racially tolerant to least racially tolerant. Note that the data is directly from the World Values Survey page and doesn't match the Washington Post map precisely in every case:

Note: Canada scored 2.9%, the US scored 3.8%, Australia scored 4.2%, and the UK scored 4.9% on this same survey.
